Position Overview:

Copyleaks is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our expanding team. As a key member of the sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our CRM system. This position offers the opportunity for career development and growth within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to assess, recommend, and implement best practices within HubSpot CRM.
  • Maintain data integrity through efficient management of data imports, validation rules, and deduplication processes.
  • Assist Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams in updating sales documentation, aligning collateral materials, and managing deal payments and record-keeping.
  • Support the sales team in the creation, response, and submission of RFQs, RFIs and RFPs.
  • Conduct HubSpot data maintenance, analyze performance metrics, and assist in Hubspot reporting/dashboard management.
  • Assure quality of sales related proposals, presentations and documentation and update as necessary

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles with a strong understanding of sales processes and tools.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize processes, and maximize its potential for strategic growth.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach with a bias for action and ownership.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GovSpend, Zoominfo, and Chorus is a plus.
  • Prior experience in tender responses is preferred.
